• With all original tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process:
• Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions
• Customers may be required to self-ship the product to our return address
• Return requests without prior approval will not be accepted

Damaged / Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video proof.

Exchange Policy:
